The Forward recently published an article on the work of former HIAS Director for Europe and the Middle East, Neil Grungras. As they put it, he is "about to shake up the world of refugee aid" with the new agency he founded in January: the Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration. We continue to receive extensive press coverage ... this time it's a feature article and interview with Joel Moss, the current director of HIAS Israel, in The Jerusalem Post. The article covers HIAS' collaboration with the government of Israel and the UNHCR to help Israel address challenges in dealing with refugees by training ministry officers to use international refugee law to assess asylum claims.
