Mark Mildner

Mark Mildner was hired as the Vice President for Finance & Administration of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) in September 2005. Prior to that, he was President of a company for several years that provided accounting, finance, tax and consulting services to not-for-profits and other entities. Mr. Mildner is a certified public accountant and has worked as an auditor and business consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand. Additionally, he has also worked for several multi-national organizations in the financial services industry providing expense management control and financial reporting support. He brings over 25 years of financial experience and professional expertise to HIAS.

Mr. Mildner earned a MBA degree with high honors from Boston University and a BBA degree with high honors in public accounting from Hofstra University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has written and contributed to several accounting related publications.
