Rachel Horn

Rachel Horn is a legal fellow at HIAS-DC, and is currently a 2L at Georgetown Law. Before attending law school, Rachel graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies, and spent a year working as a youth group advisor for Congregation Shaarai Shomayim in her hometown of Lancaster, PA. Rachel is also a very proud alumnae of URJ Camp Harlam, where she worked as a camp counselor for many years. Besides her work at HIAS, Rachel is involved in the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and is currently training for her first half-marathon race in the spring.
