From Ukraine to Arizona: HIAS Aids M.D. Hopeful

The Arizona Jewish Post featured a story about Ella Starobinska, a student at the University of Arizona in Tucson who was resettled by HIAS in 2005 from Kiev, Ukraine. In June, she was awarded the Lt. Steven Zilberman Memorial Scholarship by HIAS. Learn more about HIAS scholarships.
