USCIS Announces a New Filing Address for Humanitarian Parole Applications
Humanitarian parole is a measure used by the U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) to allow an otherwise inadmissible
individual into the United States for a temporary period of time due to
an emergent situation. Humanitarian parole is granted on a
case-by-case basis in consideration of the individual’s
situation. Applications for humanitarian parole are filed on Form
I-131 (Application for Travel Document) along with accompanying
documentation and a fee of $305.
On September 26, 2007, the USCIS announced a change of filing address
for humanitarian parole applications. The new filing address is:
