Refugees, asylees, and other recipients of humanitarian relief may apply to become Lawful Permanent Residents (“LPRs”), or “green card holders” in the U.S. by applying to adjust status. HIAS pro bono attorneys work with HIAS’ clients who are eligible and ready to become LPRs. Please join us for a legal webinar training to learn more about when and how individuals with humanitarian protections in the U.S. apply to adjust status. We will also discuss opportunities to can get involved in these types of cases.
