United States

Please register in advance hereYou must be registered to receive the webinar information.

Event Description

Over the past few months, tens of thousands of Afghans have fled Afghanistan and made their way to the United States.  Without recognized refugee status, and without visas, many have entered the United States on "humanitarian parole." What is Humanitarian Parole? How can it be used to protect the forcibly displaced and provide immediate and emergency relief?  Join us to learn more about Humanitarian Parole, how it works, and how it can continue to be used as a tool to assist Afghans who have fled the Taliban and have not yet made it to the United States.  This training will be offered free of charge.  A recorded version of this training will be available on a later date.   CLE credit may be available to attendees of the live training, and additional information will be available soon.  Many thanks to Kelley Drye for their sponsorship!
